Pickup is by approval and scheduled around my routes, so it isn't instant — but I'll always tell you straight what I can take and when I can get there. Prefer not to wait on a route? You can drop off by appointment instead — just text me. A few days after I collect, I send you a Reclaim Receipt telling you where your stuff went.
